The EGDP is designed for goalies entering high school and above to get to the next level.

1. It will begin in June and run for the duration of the month. you can expect 6-8 on ice sessions.

Each on ice session will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

2. In late May there will be an in person / virtual meeting with all participants. Fine details including the off ice workouts will be included in this meeting.

3. This is limited to a MAXIMUM of 6 goalies.

4. It will include off ice training plans, nutritional advising, 1.5 hours of on-ice training, mobility and movement routines, video reviews sessions, and a 1 year subscription to In Goal Magazine.
