Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

1 hour Semi Private Lessons

Situation based refunds. If the rink or I have to cancel a lesson a full refund or credit will be available. If the client no shows, no refund or credit. is available

30 minute Semi-private

Situation based refunds. If the rink or I have to cancel a lesson a full refund or credit will be available. If the client no shows, no refund or credit. is available

Private 1 on 1 Lesson

Same as other lesson refund policies

Partal refunds are provided until June 30. These are all provided on a case by case basis. Any refunds requested after July 1 will likely be declined.
